RESTORE by Ann Hackman is a 6-week online health coaching program aimed at assisting women in improving their health and metabolism through a holistic perspective. The program is conducted via the Ann Hackman app, providing direct interaction with Ann, an Integrative Nutrition health coach and personal trainer specializing in metabolism and behavior change.

Throughout the 6-week duration, Ann will lead participants through a structured process focusing on restoring health and metabolism using the 7 RESTORE principles:

 <li>Releasing limiting beliefs regarding health and wellness</li>
 <li>Recognizing individual metabolism and bio-individuality</li>
 <li>Nourishing the body with enjoyable whole food nutrition</li>
 <li>Discovering movement and exercise tailored to your metabolism and lifestyle</li>
 <li>Managing stress, practicing self-care, and improving sleep</li>
 <li>Fostering the connection between mind, body, and faith</li>
 <li>Implementing the A.I.M process—Assess, Investigate & Modify</li>
</ul>

The 6-week RESTORE program offers participants a comprehensive program guide, live Zoom Q & A sessions with educational content each week, daily guidance, accountability, and motivation from Ann. Additionally, participants receive weekly meal planning guides, 20-minute metabolic workouts every week, exercise suggestions related to the weekly health topic, and access to a worksheet.
